These terms apply to use of the ROCBIND website, product information, orders, pre-orders, quote requests, and support requests.

ROCBIND provides washed stone aggregates, cured sample preparation, packaging, product selection information, logistics coordination, and project-specific supply guidance.

Website use

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information for orders, pre-orders, quotes, dealer applications, delivery, and support.

Product information and natural variation

Product photos, color names, samples, and descriptions support project planning. Actual appearance can vary with lighting, production batch, aggregate size, resin system, substrate, weather, installation method, and maintenance.

25 kg pre-orders

The 25 kg product page accepts direct payment for the selected color and aggregate-size variant at the price displayed when the order is placed. These items are sold as pre-orders with an estimated delivery timeframe of 35-50 calendar days. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date and can vary with processing, carrier, customs, and final-mile conditions.

Customers must review the selected variant, quantity, destination, price, and delivery estimate before checkout. Freight, duties, taxes, customs fees, surcharges, and other destination-specific charges are governed by the amounts displayed at checkout and the written terms for the order.

Bulk and project quotes

Commercial quantities, distributor orders, custom packaging, or project-specific supply requests may still require a separate written quote. A bulk quote is separate from the standard 25 kg pre-order checkout.

Cancellations and returns

Eligibility, timing, fees, shipping responsibility, and return instructions depend on the product, order or pre-order status, condition, destination, and written order terms. Contact ROCBIND before cancelling or returning anything.

Project responsibility

Customers and installers must confirm product suitability, base preparation, drainage, intended traffic, local requirements, safety practices, current technical documents, and professional installation needs.

Installation information

ROCBIND provides published product and order information only. Project-specific engineering, structural, regulatory, installation, certification, warranty, and order terms require separate review.
