What colors and aggregate sizes are available?

Will the color look the same at my house?

Which aggregate size should I choose?

2-3mm gives a finer look, 3-5mm is a balanced general option, and 4-6mm creates a more pronounced stone texture. The best choice depends on the application, resin system, base, desired finish, and project requirements.

Do you ship to the United States?

The $35 sample kit includes standard U.S. shipping. The $199 complete 25 kg kit includes standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and has an estimated 35–50 day delivery time. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories require a separate quote.

Will I get tracking?

Tracking is shared when available. Carrier updates can vary by route and final-mile delivery area.

What does the $199 25 kg price include?

$199 includes one complete kit—24.0 kg washed stone aggregate, 715 g Part A, and 285 g Part B—and standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown by Shopify at checkout. Other U.S. destinations require a separate quote.

Can I cancel an order?

The pre-order cancellation cutoff has not yet been published. Email support@rocbind.com with the order number as soon as possible to request review. A request is not a guaranteed cancellation. Refund policy

What is the 25 kg delivery estimate?

Can I return an unopened product?

An unopened, unused 25 kg kit with complete, intact packaging may be returned within 14 days after delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Contact ROCBIND before sending the item so authorization and return routing can be provided privately. Refund policy

What if my item is wrong or damaged?

Report an incorrect item or shipping damage within 48 hours after delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the product and packaging. If ROCBIND confirms the issue, ROCBIND is responsible for replacement or refund. Refund policy

What is resin-bound stone surfacing?

Resin-bound surfacing blends clean aggregate with a clear resin system, then trowels the mix over a stable prepared base to create a decorative outdoor surface. Final performance depends on the system, base, drainage, thickness, weather, and installer technique.

Can it be used around pools, patios, paths, or driveways?

It can be considered for patios, paths, pool surrounds, courtyards, and selected driveway applications. Heavy-use, vehicle, pool, severe weather exposure, or commercial areas should be reviewed for base preparation, drainage, thickness, resin system, and safety requirements.

Is this a DIY product or should I hire a contractor?

Cured samples are for evaluating color, texture, aggregate size, and finished appearance. ROCBIND provides published product and order information only. Project-specific engineering, structural, regulatory, installation, certification, warranty, and order terms require separate review.

What project details should I send before a quote?
