Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped, entered freight scheduling, or been custom quoted may not be cancellable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If an item appears damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the package, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

Opened or used materials

Opened, mixed, installed, altered, or partially used resin-bound materials are generally not returnable. Final project results depend on base preparation, weather, drainage, mixing, thickness, and installer technique.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Bank and payment processor timing may vary.
