6-Color Cured Sample Kit

The sample kit is $35. Shipping is included to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders ship in 1–3 business days, with estimated transit of 7–14 calendar days after dispatch. Contact ROCBIND before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Contact ROCBIND before returning a sample kit. Eligibility, return shipping responsibility, and return instructions are confirmed for each request. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect sample orders with clear photos within 48 hours after delivery.

25 kg complete kit

The complete kit is $199 and includes standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. The estimated delivery time is 35–50 days. Each kit contains 24.0 kg washed stone aggregate, 715 g Part A, and 285 g Part B.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories require a separate quote. Contact support@rocbind.com before ordering for those destinations.

Tracking and delivery support

Tracking is shared when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carrier conditions, weather, and address accuracy.

Returns

An unopened, unused 25 kg kit with complete, intact packaging may be returned within 14 days after delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Contact ROCBIND before sending a return so authorization and the return route can be provided privately.

Wrong or damaged items

Report an incorrect item or shipping damage within 48 hours after delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If ROCBIND confirms the issue, ROCBIND is responsible for replacement or refund.

Cancellation and refund timing

The pre-order cancellation cutoff and a fixed refund-posting timeframe have not yet been published. Contact support with the order number as soon as possible for an individual review.
