Sample and 8kg kit orders are estimated to ship to the contiguous United States in 7-12 business days after order processing unless a different timeline is shown at checkout or confirmed in writing.

Bulk material, palletized shipments, freight quotes, delivery appointments, liftgate service, residential delivery, and remote-area delivery are quoted separately before purchase.

Order delays

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipment date and the available options, which may include approving the delay or cancelling the order for a refund where required by applicable law.

Returns

Because stone color, aggregate size, and resin-bound project fit are project-specific, customers should review samples before ordering bulk material. Return eligibility depends on product condition, order type, and whether material was custom quoted, opened, used, mixed, installed, or damaged after delivery.
